Registration, Transportation, and Accommodation
Here’s what you need to know about costs and logistics:
Registration Fees:
Early registration through our group is only $41 if paid by September 20. (Apologies for the short notice — pricing just came in.)
After that:
- NSBE Jr. Members: $80 if paid by October 8, $90 if paid by October 26
- Non-NSBE Jr. Members: $225 if paid by October 8, $300 if paid by October 26
Please make sure your registration is handled in advance — either individually or as part of our group. Our chapter will be doing group registration for members.
Transportation Cost:
- $130 for our chapter members
- $140 for NSBE Jr. members from AUC collaborative chapters (we’re extending the offer at a small additional cost)
You’re also welcome to make your own travel arrangements and meet us at the event — just be sure you’re fully registered.
Accommodation Cost:
$200 total per member, covering two nights
Participants traveling with family or staying elsewhere are welcome to arrange their own lodging — just keep us in the loop.
Reminder: If you plan to ride with us, we must receive your commitment and payment by October 12.
