Every week, we witness young people across Georgia discover their potential through programs powered by the John & JeJuan Stewart Jr. Foundation (JJSJF). Whether it’s robotics, tutoring, college and career readiness, STEM exposure, leadership development, or the chance to belong to a positive community—our programs are often the spark that ignites a student’s belief in themselves.
But as we move through this school year, we are facing a difficult reality: our ability to continue this work, and to take bold steps toward our 2025–2026 vision, depends on financial support from friends of JJSJF, community members, and the business community. Grants are harder to secure, and funding overall has tightened. Yet the need in our community has only grown.

Why Your Support Truly Matters
JJSJF exists to create opportunities for youth who might never otherwise access them. Our programs provide:
Saturday Enrichment Academy supporting academics, leadership, and life skills.
NSBE Jr. and STEAMM programming, building pathways into science, engineering, robotics, and innovation.
College and Career Readiness initiatives to help students plan for their future.
Parent and family engagement programs to strengthen support systems.
Mentorship, coaching, and positive community spaces where every child feels seen and encouraged.
These programs change lives—but none of them are possible without the behind-the-scenes support that keeps us operating.
This year, we face urgent financial needs that directly affect our ability to serve:
Funding for administrative and operational costs
A dedicated space for our robotics builds and for storing essential equipment
Support for volunteer resources and coordination
Capacity to plan, staff, and execute next year’s expanded impact goals
We remain deeply grateful to the Centerville Community Center for providing meeting space, but our robotics and STEM programs need a more permanent, scalable location—one that allows students to build, experiment, explore, and grow.
Your support helps fill these gaps so we can continue showing up for youth consistently and with excellence.
Looking Ahead: The Next Chapter of JJSJF
Our 2025–2026 goals are ambitious but absolutely within reach—with your help. We want to:
Expand robotics and STEM offerings
Grow our Saturday programs to serve more students
Increase access to academic support
Build stronger high school and post-secondary pathways
Create more leadership and service opportunities
Strengthen parent partnerships
Develop programs that help students see themselves in careers of the future
But without additional financial support, these plans are at risk of delay—or not happening at all.
