Service-Learning Through STEAMM
We utilize a powerful service strategy designed to build invaluable life skills like leadership, compassion, and a sense of community.
This service-leadership concept is foundational to our approach; by instilling a desire to serve, our youth will be able to help their communities grow in whatever way is necessary – even if it doesn’t require direct leadership. After all, the best leaders are those whose desire is to serve others first. If you ask any educator, they’ll tell you that the future of learning is in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). By raising awareness for these studies within our programs, we can better prepare our community’s youth for the future of jobs in the country. We integrate servant leadership principles into STEM topics; this better prepares our young adults for real-life scenarios within their future careers.
